What changes the price
How much space it takes
This is the main factor. Our trailer is 5 × 10 ft and the truck bed is 4 × 6 ft. We quote against how full they end up.
Heavy material
Soil, concrete, tile and shingles weigh far more per cubic foot and cost more at the transfer station, so a dense load can be priced above the standard rate.
Access and stairs
A third-floor walk-up or a long carry from a back yard takes more time than a curbside pickup. We will tell you on the spot if it affects the number.
Items with disposal fees
A few things carry their own fees at the facility — tires, hot tubs, pianos. We quote these separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How our prices compare
For context, published GTA rates from national and regional operators generally run about $99 for a minimum load, $249 for a half load and $449 for a full truck. Our rates sit at or below that, and our trailer dimensions are listed above so you can see exactly what you are getting rather than guessing at what “a full truck” means.
Pricing questions
How much does junk removal cost in York Region?
We price by how much space your items take up, not by weight. Our minimum is $99 for a few items, $225 for half a trailer, $350 for a full 5x10 ft trailer, and $550 for the truck bed and trailer together. You get a firm price on site before anything is loaded, and there is no charge if you decide not to go ahead.
Do I need to move everything outside first?
No. We do all the lifting and carrying from wherever the items are, including basements, upstairs rooms, garages and backyards. You just point.
Can you come the same day?
Usually yes, depending on the day. Call or text (365) 773-8689 and we will tell you straight away what we can do.
What will you not take?
Hazardous material: paint, chemicals, propane tanks, motor oil, asbestos, medical waste and explosives. Almost everything else is fine. If you are not sure, send us a photo and we will tell you before we come out.
Want a number before we come out?
Text a photo of the pile to (365) 773-8689 and we will give you a range right away.
